Simmer saw an opportunity to create, design and launch its own unique concept in one of New York City’s fast growing neighborhoods, NoMad.
THE CHALLENGE
Building brands that paid homage to each other, but didn't overlap was a unique challenge.
OUR APPROACH
Keeping the concepts completely separate. Bright, clean, chic aesthetic in the cafe - dark, intimate and sexy in the cocktail bar.
Menu Design & Fabrication
From sourcing custom pages that resembled an inventors journal, to finding a suitable printer who could handle our plans for a double emboss technique, no detail was overlooked or spared.
Hand Drawn Everything.
Every element of Patent’s menu was designed by hand. From signature cocktails, to faded notes & equations featured on each page. A visual journey meant to help entice & guide each customer throughout their cocktail experience.
